Does anyone know what precautions Arenanet is taking to prevent the kind of widespread cheating that is present on Battlenet?

I heard the fact the content is streamed to ur computer and most info is sever side will stop quite abit of cheating! i think

This is true. Also, I think because the game is constantly being reacreated into different versions it helps prevent a good amount of hacking. At least that is what I thought I read. Maybe someone else can explain better. My english is not that great. I'm from Massachusetts
